Hi, I’m Caroline Weber, founder of Weber Works.

I help entrepreneurs, consultants and small business owners reclaim their time by providing reliable executive assistance and business support that keeps everything running smoothly behind the scenes.

About me

After spending more than 22 years as a language teacher and Leader of Learning, I realised the skills I’d developed throughout my career were exactly what growing businesses need.  Managing multiple priorities, coordinating projects, solving problems, communicating clearly and creating calm from chaos became second nature.

Today, I bring those same skills to businesses that need an extra pair of trusted hands.

Whether it’s managing your inbox and diary, preparing professional documents, coordinating projects, streamlining systems, creating content or tackling those important jobs that never seem to reach the top of the to-do list, I’m here to help you move your business forward.

I’m trilingual in English, French and Spanish, highly organised, detail-focused and genuinely enjoy bringing order to busy businesses.  My clients know they can rely on me to communicate clearly, work proactively and take ownership of tasks with care and professionalism.

You’ll often find me in my running shoes.  I’m a member of Lliswerry Runners and love challenging myself with races, parkruns and the occasional muddy hill session.

I’m happiest when I’m planning my next adventure.  Whether it’s a family road trip through France, a ski holiday or discovering a new city, I love exploring and making memories.

I’m a lifelong learner.  After 22 years in education, I still love learning.  I’m currently studying towards my CIPD qualification and regularly explore new technology and AI tools to help my clients work smarter.
