This may include your name, business name, job title, email address, telephone number, postal address, billing information, diary appointments, business documents, website content, project information and correspondence.

Information is collected when you contact me by email, telephone, social media or my website, complete a booking form, become a client or communicate with me during a project.
5. How I Use Your Information
To respond to enquiries, provide agreed services, manage projects, communicate with you, issue invoices, comply with legal obligations and improve my services.
6. Lawful Basis
I process personal data under the lawful bases of contract, legitimate interests, legal obligation and consent where applicable.

Information is stored securely using trusted business systems such as Google Workspace, Google Drive and password-protected devices.
8. Sharing Information
I never sell personal information. Information may be shared with trusted providers (such as accountants, payment providers, Google Workspace, Canva or Toggl Track) only where necessary to deliver my services.
9. AI-Assisted Working
I may use AI-assisted tools to support research, drafting, proofreading, editing and administration. All AI-generated content is reviewed by me before it is shared with clients. Personal information will only be processed where appropriate and in accordance with UK GDPR.

I retain personal information only for as long as necessary. Financial records are generally retained for six years.
